Do you want to contribute to taking better care of the available food resources in the best possible way? Would you like to be integral in developing a digital platform that will make Plateful an international success? And, of course, are you passionate about technology and sustainability?
If the answer is yes, then we would love to hear from you. We are now looking for a CPO to be an integral part in further developing our product and services, both nationally and internationally. Additionally, you will be key player in taking us from a logistics company to a technology company.
Who are we?
Did you know that a third of the food produced never reaches the plate? Plateful does something about it! We consider ourselves the trusted friend of chefs and food-lovers and aim to elevate our love for food by taking better care of the available resources in the best possible way. We have ambitious growth plans and are expanding our business both in Norway and internationally. We recently carried out a rebranding, and we are in the process of building a new digital platform that will become key to the scaling of our business.
The role of CPO
As our new Chief Product Officer, you will lead an external, cross-functional team and oversee the continued development of our digital platform. This will be achieved in close collaboration with the company’s industry experts and customers and guided by our product strategy and vision. The role is responsible for both operational execution and the strategic development of our product.
Some areas we imagine you will be involved with include:
- Own and further develop the product vision and roadmap
- Make decisions and prioritize according to the product roadmap and ensure alignment with the company strategy
- Identify and navigate product-related partnerships
- Testing of the platform and ensure the platform is functional
- Work closely with the rest of the management team, supply chain and sales
- Manage external suppliers in relation to software development
- Spending time with the producers and chefs with our common love for food
Who are we looking for?
You have relevant experience in software / tech product management (3 years`+) preferably from building scalable solutions. You have a good understanding of logistics, and we like to see our staff being in love with the problem as opposed to just the product. We hope you have experience from user-driven product development, and it would be ideal if you have experience from platform-related business models. You also have knowledge of computer programming in order to manage the external resources within this field.
