Key Responsibilities

This is what you will achieve in the next 12 months

  • You will work with our CS team to support and improve our first-line support Team in Manila, Philippines
  • Support and handle second-line technical troubleshooting and customer.success operations
  • You will get creative to proactively answer customer questions and enhance the.user experience, by developing proactive customer messaging and chatbots
  • Maintain and continue to develop the customer on-boarding experience
  • Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base and customer help center articles - the extension on our products
  • Distribute customer satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Document and improve processes in order to improve customers’ experiences
  • Be an advisor and the voice of our customers

Key Qualifications & skills

This is what we are looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree or above in related studies (technology, business, marketing,.humanities)
  • Native fluency in English (fluency in Norwegian or other European languages is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Creativity
  • Great interest in health and technology (experience in technical troubleshooting.is a plus)
  • Consumer product/solutions experience a plus
