We are growing extremely fast and are looking for a Front-end Engineer for our Author Store team. Could this be you?

As our new Engineer Front-end, you will be able to join a startup with a renown culture and highly dedicated & ambitious people working on making the world a better place one book at a time

You will have these primary responsibilities:

  • Be part of a highly agile team in a dynamic environment.

  • Infrastructure design, front-end planning, and development.

  • Mentor other developers, provide guidance, set coding best practices, and be accountable for major design and production architecture decisions.

  • 100% cloud-based development on top of AWS & distributed data center.

Skills & Requirements

You are the right one if you:

  • Have 5+ years experience with web front-end development.

  • Have experience with React/Vue, its design, and different state management paradigms.

  • Knowledge of JS and its internals (including current and future ES specs).

  • Experience using TypeScript in production environments.

  • Working experience with building tools such as Webpack, Babel, and other tools in a modern web toolchain.

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent engineering experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

I'm your leader

We are in the middle of the process of hiring a Product Manager for Author Store. He/she will be your closest leader. Fortunately, we have two real Druusers who have been working with the closed pilot for a while, and they are Aiman and Lene. Lene has been responsible for Author Store, but has worked very closely with Aiman who is Customer Success Manager for Author Store. Furthermore, you will work closely with Lasse, who is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and one of the two founders.
