Your role:

You will be an important part of this new chapter. It will be a unique opportunity to set the direction, grow the business in Norway and be rewarded for that growth.

You will take ownership of the growth strategy and strategic partnerships. You will engage with some of our best business development people globally, who will support your work and be your conversation partners. You will represent Tintash and be part of some exciting work happening here in blockchain, metaverse, Augmented Reality and EdTech amongst other verticals.

You will be responsible for:

- Business growth strategy in Norway and Scandinavia
- Identifying, developing and managing strategic partnerships
- Managing customer relationships
- Managing the sales pipeline
- Participation in relevant events

You have:

- Experience with marketing and/or business development, ideally in tech companies.
- A strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Ability to work alone and with others. You thrive in international, diverse environments
- Ability to be goal driven and independant, while working with remote colleagues in the start-up period
- Excellent written and verbal Norwegian and English
