We have ambitious growth plans and are expanding our business both in Norway and internationally and are currently in the process of rebranding our company and building a new digital platform that will become key to the scaling of our business. Now we are searching for a Head of Product to join our experienced and purpose-driven team.
Areas of responsibility
As our new Head of Product, you will lead an external, cross-functional team and oversee the continued development of our digital platform in close collaboration with the company’s industry experts and customers, guided by our product strategy and vision. The role is responsible for both operational execution and strategic development of our product.
Own and further develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
Make decisions and prioritize according to the product roadmap and ensure alignment with the company strategy.
Identify and navigate product-related partnership opportunities.
What we are looking for
We believe our new Head of Product has:
Relevant experience in software product management, preferably with building scalable solutions.
The ability to be in love with the problem, not the solution.
Ability to build effective feedback loops and incorporate key insights into the product development process.
Experience from user-driven product development with in-depth technical understanding.
Curiosity and interest in food and the food industry.
