Welcome to our part of the world. We are a Deep Tech company building new generation software tools in the form of intelligent solutions for knowledge processing-related tasks of R&D professionals worldwide. We have spent the last five years building an award-winning AI engine for scientific text understanding. With unique expertise in the field of Natural Language Processing, we have built an artificial intelligence-based system that will help humanity makes sense of all the research ever made.
Huge amounts of research are is produced every day. Both R&D researchers and academics must make sense of all this research and our technology will make this less complex. The idea of Iris.ai is to help humanity tackle information overload by using artificial intelligence to scan through this material in search of the answers we are looking for. We believe many answers can be found in existing research which is why we truly believe that our tool can contribute to making the world a better place.
Our market is formed by R&D heavy organisations, in industries such as chemistry, pharmaceuticals, medtech, biotech and material science. We deliver tools to researchers from core R&D through regulatory and medical affairs and even IP. The horizontally scalable tool suite creates a range of market opportunities, all centered around our favorite thing: Science.
Iris.ai is growing and we want to increase our brand awareness and lead generation by hiring an experienced marketing manager. Our new hire will work closely with our sales team and help to shape the upscaling of the company. This position will initially cover marketing, growth, and content, but as the team expands, there is the option for this role to grow into Head of Marketing.
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze the target audience
- Create the right message for each persona
- Build persona and messaging out on website, emails, and other communication channels
- Identify new and optimize existing marketing channels
- Own CRM and marketing platforms
- Create content for different channels (e.g. Social Media, Emails, Blogs, Webinars, etc.)
- Coordinate marketing efforts closely with sales team and leadership
- Manage and report weekly KPIs to CEO and CFO
- Generate top of the funnel leads, educate them through various channels and qualify them to the sales team
- Monitor traffic on the website and social media. Identify trends and anomalies and establish priorities for actions.
- Test the quality of emails, social media posts, and the company's landing page
- Design lead generation campaigns, analyze the results, and make priorities for how to improve them

Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role you should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a marketing generalist or similar. You have the ability to work without a set marketing structure and you have thorough knowledge of digital marketing elements. You also have experience with paid B2B marketing channels and analysis tools (e.g Google Analytics). Of course, we do hope you share our passion for science and the desire to make a positive imprint on the world.
