We are looking for two (Senior) Business Developers to join our strategy and business development department in Personal Banking Norway. You will report to Team Lead for our Digital and Daily Banking team (Trond Inge Østbye) or Team Lead for our Growth, Care and Cross-sales team (Martine Aarrestad).

About this opportunity
As a Business Developer in Personal Banking Norway, you’ll hold an influential position driving and implementing some of our strategic projects. What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and/or contribute in strategic projects in Personal Banking Norway
- Attract and retain customers in all customer segments
- Ensure we have relevant and competitive products and value propositions
- Ensure we have a high customer satisfaction
- Optimize and remove pain points in our customer journeys within housing, savings, daily banking and consumer lending
- Drive commercial activities in close collaboration with our branches and relationship houses, Digital Sales and Marketing and Communications to deliver on our country targets
- Analyze and synthesize business- and customer insights
- Conceptualize and develop new customer concepts and offerings. Test and prototype Measure impact and learn
- Follow up implementation and business case fulfilment
The role is based in Oslo.

Your formal experience and background:
- You have a Master degree in strategy, finance/economics, technology, analytics, design, marketing, leadership or psychology or other relevant field
- You have 3-5+ years of experience from management consulting, project management, service design, business development and/or product ownership/product management
- You have hands on experience with both quantitative and qualitative methods (e.g. surveys, interviews, prototyping) to be able to go from hypotheses to development to testing and learning
- You can document that you have led or contributed in projects where you have solved real customer problems
- You have strong communication skills, both orally and written, and you provide your arguments in a structured way. You are fluent in both Norwegian and English.
- You preferably have experience working in cross-functional teams and you know how to work with colleagues from different backgrounds and functions (e.g. sales, IT development, design, marketing, product units and executive management)
- You preferably have experience in agile methodologies and ways of working
- You are preferably located in Oslo.
