Scandinavia´s largest SaaS company is offering a central leadership role for Marketing. As Simployer´s new Chief Marketing Officer you will have the overall responsibility for managing and developing the company´s brand name, set the guiding principles for utilizing the customer base, and drive actions in order to build a strong and customer focused organization.
You will be responsible for defining and implementing the marketing strategy supporting Simployer’s ambition of becoming the leading HRM-software vendor in the Northern European market. You will also make sure that a holistic set of marketing activities are implemented across markets.
We seek an analytically focused and commercially oriented leader with a factual and insight-based approach to marketing, preferably with international experience. You have been responsible for the customer journey, including marketing strategy and campaigns, ideally from related industries or other B2B-oriented companies. You have a strong commercial orientation, the ability to communicate at all levels and are an excellent networker and relationship builder.
The right candidate has a minimum of 5 years modern SaaS experience combined with data analysis and strong segmentation knowledge.
We offer a challenging and exciting management position in a newly established brand that has great commercial potential going forward. The position will be reporting to CEO and the working place will be either Sarpsborg or Oslo, Norway or Stockholm, Sweden.
