Who are we?

We aim to be the driver for more modern and agile recruitment services in what has become a very conservative recruitment industry. Additionally, we are one of the few specialist recruitment companies today. Meaning that we have recruiters working within their own niche from Management Recruitment, Technical Recruitment, Sales & Marketing Recruitment, Analytics Recruitment and more. Since the start in 2019 we have had the opportunity to work with some pretty awesome companies including ODA, Airthings, Kahoot, PwC, Nofence, Firi, Dignio, CSAM Health, Allente, RiksTV and many more.

Our current service to the market is retained recruitment of permanent positions. Our recruiters manage the process from A to Z, but perhaps different to most of our competitors, we work very closely with the client throughout the entire process.

The role of Talent Sourcer / Chief Talent Sourcer

First and foremost, it is a target driven role. You have to deliver to your clients, deliver to your candidates, and constantly source new clients and candidates. Marketing, branding, and networking goes hand in hand with being an AvantGarder. You will be connecting with some of the most interesting people in the industry, winning them as a costumer and create unique marketing material for each position you will be working on.

In this job you will have the opportunity to meet lots of interesting people ranging from top level management and investors to some of the hottest candidates within their respective area. You will be encouraged to attend events within the business community and have focus on building a solid network within your vertical. It is an action packed and demanding role and certainly not a 9-4 position.

Who is our next AvantGarder

We are looking for someone with passion for recruitment and technology with a strong understanding for, business & sales. Preferably you will have at least 2 years` experience from one or more of these areas: recruitment, sales, Business development, customer success or similar.

Other key things we look for:

  • Fluent in English and ideally one Scandinavian language
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Excellent with producing documentation and presentations
  • Ability to navigate a fast past environment
  • Hard working and highly ambitious
  • Interest in technology
  • Good business acumen
  • Experience from working in a target driven environment
  • Loving and caring
