We need the next generation leaders having strong communication skills, business acumen and the ability to lead field operations internationally. We are establishing a new business concept introducing our international business SWAT team (Special Worldwide Agile Tactics) assigned to set the foundations in defined geographies prior to a full market entry and the go-live of our business operations.
Four Pre-Commercial Business Managers will be recruited as the core members of our international business SWAT teams having strong mandates and autonomy under the guidance and support from the Business Area Head.
As a SWAT team lead or member, you will be responsible for our long-term engagement of business opportunities in specified countries. Holistically, your key responsibility will be to successfully set up a go-to-market strategy that will allow TOMRA to have a strong presence in a new market as it matures. As the market needs are identified or changed, your tasks will be to build and foster relationships with retailers, major industry bodies and local governments, simultaneously reviewing partnership opportunities and M&A candidates. The right candidates will be employed at any of TOMRA's locations in Europe.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Asses and map market conditions and key stakeholders in selected markets
- Develop the go-to-market strategy adapted to local needs and opportunities, ensuring maximization of TOMRAs possible footprint
- Together with your virtual and physical team of experts provide TOMRA inventions and creative solutions adapted to country-specific needs
- Proactively identify and position TOMRA towards future clients or customers and build strategic partnerships for growth
- Develop strong, trusted advisor relationships to senior executives and external stakeholders across industry and government
- Support the establishment of TOMRA`s companies in new countries
We are now searching for leadership talents with 5-10 years of experience in sales, management consulting, project management or supply chain management, preferably in an international environment. We need people with a bold attitude, business acumen and strong work ethics able to communicate with both workers and executives as well as politicians and bureaucrats.
The right candidates know how to establish and deepen contact with new stakeholders, and are experienced in giving professional presentations and writing business reports. Analytical skills, creativity and the ability to gain trust and take the lead are most appreciated capabilities.
The role will require extensive traveling on a weekly basis during planned periods of a year.
