We are moving hearing protection from being only physical shells like shoes and gloves, to being smart hearables that guide the user and employer to correct use and no hearing loss.

Let us begin with the position and what we can offer

As the VP of Marketing, you will be an integral part of the company and our growth plans. You will be working on further developing the brand and marketing strategies. Through hands-on work, leadership, and liaising with external agencies, you will make this a success.

In this position, you will be managing a variety of promotional projects end-to-end, including paid advertising campaigns and digital marketing. Together with the team and external agencies you will be creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email, mail/print campaigns, and events such as trade fairs, conferences, and exhibitions to drive customer acquisition.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan

  • Lead all aspects of the creation and execution of highly targeted and coordinated marketing campaigns across a variety of marketing channels

  • Drive brand awareness, attract and qualifiy leads, new client growth, client retention, and dedication

  • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, social channels, and paid channels

  • Management and optimization of all inbound operations

  • Collaboratively develop geographically targeted marketing strategies with a cross-functional team

  • Support channel partners with their marketing

  • Create a best practice for channel management

  • Monitor all marketing campaigns and improve them where necessary

  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly

  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the COO

  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth

  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events

  • Coordinate special events; such as trade fairs, conferences, exhibitions, and online webinars
