We are looking for a project manager who will be responsible for our Growth & Funding initiatives. You will typically lead 12-15 projects annually, connecting scaleups to funding opportunities, promoting Oslo to investors, facilitate workshops with startup experts or initiate for knowledge-sharing across industries.

You have a very good knowledge on starting and building a growth company. Preferably you have founded or worked in a startup or incubator. You see collaboration as a method to succeed, and you can show good results from managing previous professional partnerships. You have an analytical mind and like engaging others through communication.

We are looking for somebody who is motivated by helping others and wants to make a difference for Oslo. You are a people person, structured even when things are not, and you probably have the experience working as a coordinator.

We operate in the following fields: startup, public sector, tech, event, investor, sustainability, global relations, Oslo, administration and communication. You’re professional when dealing with our stakeholders yet not afraid of doing anything that is required working in a small team.

This is a permanent fulltime position, starting up 1 June or early fall.

Required experience

• Min 2 years of work experience from a startup, scaleup or incubator
• Good understanding of business
• Experience from coordinating or leading projects, meeting places is a plus
• Experience initiating and managing partnerships
• Communicate well in Norwegian and English (written and oral)
• Higher education in a relevant field
• You’re efficient, take initiative and independent
