The market for electric vehicles is rapidly growing and to meet the future, Circle K has established an eMobility team to build an entire new business to address the demand of EV drivers. In Circle K, we aim to create a world-class charging experience for our customers, and for that, we need exceptional people looking for that extra challenge.
Let us start with the position and what we can offer
This is a new role and it will be an integral part of the company and our growth plans. As the Web Analyst for the Circle K eMobility team, you will be working on developing a prioritized business area in Circle K and will become part of our highly talented team of specialists in strategy and business development, product development, network development, marketing, technology, and operations.
As our Web Analyst, you will pave the way for a data-driven way of working and be responsible for tracking, data quality, and providing insight to the team to identify opportunities to accelerate growth.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Be a core member of the E-Mobility growth team, participate in sprint planning and contribute to achieving the team’s overall goals and objectives
Be a key resource in implementing tools and processes required for web tracking and analytics
You will own the tracking model, require tracking implementation and ensure data quality
Generate hypothesis for customer journey improvements based on insights gained through data
Evaluate experiments and A/B-tests
Develop dashboards and reports to translate data into insights
Participate in projects as analytics and data expert
Implement and drive a data-driven way of working in the E-mobility team

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a “doer” with a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate is analytical, has excellent communication skills, and is a team player.
You have:
An interest in what we do and a passion for the shift to zero-emission mobility
3+ years’ experience as a web analyst or similar roles, such as CRO specialist
Experience with tag management solutions, preferably Google Tag Manager and/or Adobe Launch
In-depth experience and knowledge with analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Data Studio
A talent for conveying data and insights in an easy and actionable way
An organized way of working
Experience with A/B-testing tools, such as Adobe Target or Google Optimize is a plus
Degree in economics, business, mathematics, marketing, or similar
An interest in learning new things and in personal growth
Ability to work independently, as well as in teams
The will and motivation to structure and establish processes in your area of responsibility
Fluency in English, and must understand Norwegian or any other Scandinavian languages.
