This new role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s revenue strategies and executing plans for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term revenue growth strategies.
  • Manage financial KPIs, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and budgeting.
  • Optimize pricing models to maximize profitability while balancing customer value.
  • Utilize data analytics to optimize pricing strategies, forecast revenue, and drive customer engagement using tools such as Power BI.
  • Build and lead high-performance sales teams.
  • Collaborate closely with product development and operations teams to align revenue-generating activities.
  • Optimize Kabal’s SaaS sales processes to ensure customer acquisition, retention, and long-term growth through innovative sales strategies.
  • Consider business opportunities through M&A activities.
  • Identify and leverage synergies from post-acquisition integrations to enhance business operations and maximize revenue potential.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have the following key competencies:

  • Proven track record in crafting and executing commercial strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue forecasting, budgeting, and pricing.
  • Leadership experience in building high-performance teams and leading cross-functional collaboration.
  • Industry knowledge is advantageous, particularly familiarity with commercial drivers in the energy industry or SaaS business models.
  • Higher relevant education at MSc/BSc level.
