We are seeking an experienced and visionary CTO to lead our technology strategy and execution.

The CTO will drive the technological vision, oversee development processes, and ensure the alignment of technology initiatives with our business goals. An ideal CTO possesses a comprehensive understanding of roadmapping and development, innovation, leadership, strategic planning, cloud computing, DevOps, and budgeting, along with a broad range of technical and managerial skills

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy and Innovation: Develop and implement the company's technical vision and strategy, staying current with emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Leadership and Collaboration: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing engineering team while partnering with cross-functional leaders to align technology initiatives with business goals
Infrastructure and Security Management: Oversee the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and robust cybersecurity practices
Policy and Data Management: Develop and enforce technology policies while ensuring data privacy and security
Communication and Budget Management: Effectively communicate technology strategies internally and externally, while managing budgets to optimize resource allocation

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role
Extensive background in software development, architecture, and engineering management
Strong understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms, and development methodologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Experience in scaling technology teams and processes
Expertise in AI, machine learning, DevOps, and cloud solutions
Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to align technology goals with business objectives
Familiarity with emerging technology trends and the ability to leverage them for competitive advantage

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the health or wellness industry
Familiarity with integrating third-party health platforms, such as Garmin and Unimicro
Knowledge of data privacy regulations like GDPR
