As the CCO at Metizoft, you will be responsible for leading the international sales force, including the CEO of Asia, managing the Singapore office, and ensuring the establishment of Metizoft in strategic markets. You will drive the development of sales strategies that support the company's growth objectives and ensure visibility and demand globally.

  

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include the development, implementation, and monitoring of sales strategies. You will oversee the management of the sales and marketing apparatus to achieve sales targets, where you will lead your own sales team and agent network. The CCO shall ensure the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase demand for the company's products and services.

You will be responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction, including building and maintaining strong customer relationships through close dialogue with other operational departments. The CCO will monitor and analyze market trends, as well as collaborate with the product development team.

  

Desired qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with relevant higher education. Strong business acumen, good maritime knowledge, and familiarity with modern marketing principles in the role of CCO are important. Experience in sales to maritime industries and SaaS solutions will be strongly preferred.

Furthermore, we seek a candidate with strong communication and negotiation skills, someone who is results-oriented and thinks strategically. You are enthusiastic and a motivator both for yourself and others. You are independent, proactive, and have a good ability to handle challenges and contribute to problem-solving.

The role will entail a certain amount of travelling.
