As Chief Product & Technology Officer at Metizoft, you will be a key figure for our current and future success. You will not only lead product development but also identify and exploit new business opportunities that will lead us towards ambitious goals. Your role will be crucial in shaping our product portfolio and leading us to continue being a leading player in ESG solutions for the maritime industry.

Responsibilities include:

Developing a strategic roadmap for product development ("Product Road Map")
Setting direction and vision for the technology and product department
Leading cross-functional teams of product owners, product designers, and developers
Responsibility for product launch strategy and execution
Ensuring insight-driven product development based on market trends and customer needs

A relevant higher education is an advantage, but it is your experience and ability to motivate and inspire that will set you apart. We believe the right candidate can come from a variety of backgrounds, whether in design, tech, or economics.
