No Isolation is making a positive impact around the globe by ensuring that children and young people that cannot physically attend school retain learning and social connections and easing their way back to school. With a strong presence in 17 countries across Europe and with ambitious growth plans, we are committed to expanding our reach and impact even further.
As a Senior Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial and business strategy and make a strong contribution to driving our operational performance. Working closely with the CEO and as a part of the management team, you will have the opportunity to make a strong impact and guide us in our future growth.
This role will give you the opportunity to work across several areas of the company, with responsibility for:
- Lead financial planning, budget and target setting processes
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, ensuring financial compliance and control, reporting, cash management and cost control
- Drive improvements across the finance area and order to cash process
- Lead preparations of board and investor meetings and board reporting
- Lead strategic initiatives in cooperation with CEO and management team, with focus on financial analysis and business case modelling
- Work with CEO in shaping company strategy to accelerate growth and drive margin expansion
- The Senior Business Controller will be a key discussion partner for the CEO and is part of the company management team.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an ambitious and driven person with strong intrinsic and an excellent track record in similar roles. Key experience and qualifications:
- Master in relevant field (economics, finance, accounting/audit).
- Experience in overseeing the overall business and financial function of a company.
- Strong finance and business experience.
- P&L management, business strategy and planning.
- Background in business controlling, ideally with some financial controlling experience.
- Previous experience with process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with key business systems and processes
- Experience from the IT industry (hardware, software, SaaS) is an advantage.
- International experience is an advantage.
