DNV Ventures is DNV’s Corporate Venture Capital unit, investing in and collaborating with digital start-ups and internal DNV start-ins. We focus on maritime transformation, energy transition, cybersecurity, trust in AI, and digital assets. Our goal is to create strategic value and growth for both DNV and the start-ups.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Partnership, Innovation, and Growth Manager to enable strategic value creation between DNV Ventures’ portfolio of start-ups and DNV's business units. The main goal is to build strong commercial partnerships to drive business value and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop commercial partnerships between DNV and start-ups for mutual innovation and commercial benefits

  • Identify strategic opportunities and support innovation and commercial strategies

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to connect them with portfolio start-ups for new innovations and revenue streams

  • Drive and support partnerships from strategy to operations, identifying KPIs and go-to-market potential

  • Enhance DNV’s service offerings and create new revenue streams through partnering with start-up innovations

  • Report on strategic value creation to the organization and DNV Ventures board

About you

  • Expertise in bringing innovation to market and driving business growth, preferably with B2B industrial SaaS start-ups or within corporate venture initiatives

  • Possesses a strategic and commercial mindset, prioritizes teamwork, and excels at identifying innovative opportunities

  • Demonstrated capability to operate effectively at strategic, operational, and tactical levels

  • An independent self-starter with robust business development abilities

  • Experience in communication and negotiation at senior executive levels

  • Adopts a hands-on approach and collaborates efficiently with diverse teams

  • A sharp, strategic thinker who remains focused on achieving results

  • Highly organized, with a strong understanding of priorities and planning

Education:

  • Masters Degree or equivalent experience
